THE PARLOR
We have a full service restaurant and bar on site. Escape the everyday and sit back and enjoy views of the lake and surrounding Chugach mountains in our dining room. You may even catch the majestic sight of bald eagles in the trees by the lake or hear our resident loons.
With a maximum capacity of 50 guests it offers a relaxing, intimate dining experience. Your taste buds will be dazzled with items such as flavorful steaks, Alaskan halibut, and of course a variety of wild Alaskan salmon dishes.
In our Lounge, enjoy a quiet cocktail or one of our fine Alaskan microbrews on tap. After exploring all that the Kenai Peninsula has to offer, we invite our guests to come in and share stories of their daily adventures and a brew!

Feel like something sweet? The Parlor offers sixteen of your favorite flavors of hand scooped ice cream. Not interested in ice cream? How about a Latte! Summit Lake’s Shoppe has a selection of coffee, espresso, and teas that are sure to please.
If you’re looking for a small bite to eat how about a slice of either pizza or our wonderful fruit pie. We have a selection of specialty gifts—maybe you’re searching for a memento for yourself or a gift for someone at home.
The Parlor is the place for all of this. And it is a sight to behold, created from local logs, rough hewn on site, with a beamed ceiling and a spectacular view from the back deck.
If your travels this time have not allowed for you to join us as an overnight guest in our inclusive Lodge this is the place to get a quick bite and enjoy a small portion of our Alaskan hospitality.
