Our dining facility will accommodate up to 100 of your guests and can be arranged in a variety of ways to meet your needs.

We can serve sit-down dinners with incredible entrees: Blackened Halibut, Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Alaskan Salmon stuffed with crab and shrimp. We can provide classic buffets with carving stations. The options in cuisine are endless. We also feature a full service bar. All food and beverage must be purchased from Summit Lake Lodge with the exception of an event cake. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Summit in compliance with state laws.
